Staff data is incomplete

The staff master file (RFSL - 2026-27.xlsx) contains only 2 named staff (VARUN and JOMY) with 3 product targets each. This is not sufficient for a staff performance dashboard.

What we need from HR

1. Complete staff master with all branch staff names, designations, branch assignments, and product-wise targets
2. Format: Excel (one row per staff member, columns: Name, Branch, Designation, Product, Target)
3. Once received, drop the file into data/RFSL - 2026-27.xlsx and re-run python3 scripts/extract.py
